The Prix Thomas Bryon is a Group 3 flat horse race in France which is open to two-year-old thoroughbreds. It is run at Saint-Cloud over a distance of 1,600 metres (about 1 mile), and it is scheduled to take place each year in October.

The event is named in honour of Thomas Bryon, an Englishman who helped to establish thoroughbred racing in France in the 19th century. Bryon was the secretary at the founding meeting of the Société d'Encouragement, which later became the sport's main governing body. He published the first volume of the Calendrier des Courses de Chevaux (the French Racing Calendar) in 1834.
The Prix Thomas Bryon was introduced in 1924, and it was initially contested over 1,600 metres. It was cut to 1,500 metres in 1927. It was abandoned throughout World War II, with no running from 1939 to 1945. The race was temporarily switched to Longchamp in 1954, where it reverted to 1,600 metres. It began a second period over 1,500 metres in 1958, and it was restored to 1,600 metres in 1991.
The Prix Thomas Bryon is currently scheduled for the first half of October, but before 2001 it was often staged in late October or November.
